Terms & Conditions
Please read our guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and professional learning experience with Focus on road driving school.

Booking & Cancellation
All lesson bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or via written confirmation from our administration team. Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the
lesson price. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will be treated as a no-show, and the lesson will
be forfeited without refund.

Responsibilities
Students must hold a valid Learner's Permit or overseas license recognized by local authorities at all times during lessons. It is the student's responsibility to bring their physical license to every session.
Students must be in a fit state to drive. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and drug consumption prior to lessons. Instructors reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if they suspect the student's safety is compromised.

Unforeseen Circumstances
Focus on Road Driving School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to vehicle breakdown, instructor illness, or extreme weather conditions that pose a safety risk.
In such cases, students will be offered a full credit or a priority rescheduling slot. We are not liable for any consequential losses (e.g., test booking fees paid to third parties) resulting from such cancellations.
